The event is on the 21st July 2024. The event is open to the public at from 12PM / noon until 5:30PM.

Yes. We will be accepting cash and card payments for both entry and our merchandise stall. We can only accept Sterling (GBP) cash. If you want to prepurchase your tickets, these can be purchase by clicking here.

Indoors

Indoor spaces have not opened yet. Please keep an eye out around March/April 2024.

Outdoors

We have added ‘Arrive on the Day’. Want to participate:

🎟️ Ensure you and any passengers have pre-purchased tickets. Get yours: jpcc.io/tix
🏎️ Your car must be of Japanese make and meet our showing standards. 
⏰ Arrive between 9:45 AM and 10:45 AM to be parked. 
🚧 LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE. First come, first serve – your tickets will still permit entry to the event as a spectator if all outdoor spaces have been filled.
📋 All vehicles will be judged equally by our external judges

Failure to follow all of these requirements will mean your car is directed towards the car park.

If your child is under 12 years old they do not need a ticket. Anyone over 12 requires a spectator ticket. All persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. You can purchase a ticket by clicking here.

Yes. The car park is located just before the venue on the left hand side of the road (when the venue is on your right).

A small amount of disabled parking spaces are available at the venue, these are strictly only available to valid blue badge holders.

As much as it we’d love to say yes, unfortunately dogs/pets are not permitted at the venue.

Yes. If you got a discounted vehicle ticket, this will cover yourself and the car, but all passengers require spectator tickets too. These can be purchased by clicking here.

If you were issued a reserve spot it means that you’ll be one of the first to be allocated an indoor spot should a spot open up either before the event or on the day of the event. In the chance that you’re vehicle does not make it inside from a spot opening up, your vehicle will be parked outside.

Drones are not permitted at the venue.

As a spectator you’re free to come and go.

All vehicles must remain switched off and stationary throughout the duration event.
